STRUGGLE BIRTHS ART
The perpetual cycle of internal conflict and debate is the mother of increased artistic quality.
In response to the increased homogeneity of modern consumer-based art, this project aims to encourage artists to embrace that inner conflict for the sake of improving in their craft.
What’s so special about this?
Using Python (and a little help from ChatGPT), I created a program that recognizes the image on the shirt and plays or displays media I’ve collected that I believe match the core values of this movement.
The idea is to have creatives walk around and scan one of these shirts if they see them in the wild, hear/see an encouraging message, and build a sense of community and drive among the different people who have this interaction with each other.
